I have the distinct pleasure and privilege to join this magnificent busy hotel as the Executive Head Chef to an existing team of 5 Chefs. I have developed passion for food at a young age and truly love my job. It is not only just surviving but the need to thrive.

Postgraduate MA degree with 12 years experience in Culinary Nutrition and worked in several prestigious international Hotels like Grand Hyatt, Radisson and Imperial Hotels, I am well versed in many different cuisines such as Italian, Thai, Mediterranean, European and Indian cuisines. I am ready to take up new challenges at Stourport Manor.

 As Executive Chef it is my responsibility for overseeing day to day culinary operations. My hands on experience and as Executive Chef, I am committed to create a hub of culinary innovation. I am a big fan of sourcing quality ingredients and creating dishes using proper techniques that showcase these ingredients in the best light. I am a true believer in fusion of dishes to hit all of the diner’s senses in one  perfect bite but also in a way that it becomes “craveable” and makes the guests want to come for more. It has to be memorable then you have a winner.
